Service Offered

Ticino Crashpads offers the rental of bouldering crashpads in Ticino. The service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 years or older.

Booking and Payment

• Reservations must be made through our website or official channels.
• Payment must be made in advance to confirm the hire.
• In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the pick-up date, a 50% refund will be given. No refund is possible for later cancellations.

Withdrawal and Return

• Collection and return of crashpads must take place at the agreed places and times.
• The customer is responsible for returning the crashpad in the same condition in which it was received.

User's responsibility

• The customer is responsible for the safe and correct use of the crashpad.
• Ticino Crashpads is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of the crashpad.
• In the event of serious damage or loss of the crashpad, the customer will be liable for the costs of repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability

Ticino Crashpads shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or rented crashpads.
